5 Best Pubs in Pimlico, London

Are you looking for the best pubs in Pimlico, London? Whether you’re a resident of the area or simply visiting for a few days, you’ll find plenty of great pubs in this vibrant district.

When we went to London, we stayed in the Pimlico area and were pretty lazy about going out to the pubs for a drink. After a long day of walking the city and the English countryside, we didn’t really want to walk far for a pint.

So if you’re in the neighborhood, here are my recommendations for the best Pimlico pubs and bars.

Pimlico Pub, London, England

Best Pubs in Pimlico, London

1. The Queens Arms

The Queens Arms pub is a Victorian gastropub with a bar downstairs and a dining room upstairs. We came here two nights in a row because we liked their selection of ciders.

This British gastropub is incredibly inviting with its a small terrace and upstairs dining room.

Hours: M-Sat: 12 p.m. — 11 p.m.; Sun: 12 p.m. — 10:30 p.m.

11 Warwick Way, Pimlico, London SW1V 1QT, UK

2. The Warwick

The Warwick Gastropub and Dining Room has a bar on the ground level with lot of comfortable leather couches for snuggling up while you drink and a dining room upstairs. This pub was also good enough for us to come back a second night.

This is a classic Victorian pub and dining room with leather sofas, stained glass, and wooden floors that will make you feel right at home.

Hours: M-Th: 11 a.m. — 11 p.m.; F: 11 a.m. — 12 a.m.; Sat: 10:30 a.m. — 12 a.m.; Sun: 10:30 a.m. — 10:30 p.m.

25 Warwick Way, Lillington and Longmoore Gardens, London SW1V 1QT, UK

3. The Willow Walk

The Willow Walk Pub is part of a chain of Wetherspoon pubs around the country. It’s right by Victoria Station. There’s plenty of seating and a nice long bar.

This pub is named for the 18th century tree-lined thoroughfare that led to Westminster Abbey, called Willow Walk.

Hours: M-F: 7 a.m. — 12 a.m.; Sat: 8 a.m. — 12 a.m.; Sun: 8 a.m. — 11 p.m.

25 Wilton Rd, Victoria, London SW1V 1LW, UK

4. The Marquis of Westminster

The Marquis of Westminster is what I like to think of as a traditional British pub. The pub is sleek and welcoming and has both indoor and outdoor seating and a dining room on the upper level.

This traditional tavern serves up elevated takes on your favorite bar foods, along with a great selection of beer and cocktails.

Hours: M-Th: 11 a.m. — 11:30 p.m.; F-Sat: 11 a.m. — 12 a.m.; Sun: 11 a.m. — 10:30 p.m.

5. The Constitution

The Constitution is a cute little pub with wood-paneled walls and a classic feel. What it lacks in space (it has limited indoor and outdoor seating), it makes up for in character.

This ornate 19th-century inn has dark wood decor and serves beer, cocktails, and classic British pub food.

Hours: M-Sat: 12 p.m. — 11:30 p.m.; Sun: 12 p.m. — 10:30 p.m.
