What is the experience?
Blending unique public art and plenty of green spaces, Midtown Atlanta is the perfect place for an urban picnic! Spend the day exploring the “Heart of the Arts” along the Beltline and beyond, discovering the one-of-a-kind shops and lush parks that make Midtown a great place to visit.
Starting with a picnic basket, have fun solving personally curated clues and riddles that’ll take you on a journey to collect your special gourmet picnic food bit by bit. Each clue you solve will lead you closer to your next picnic food pickup and even closer to your final stunning secret picnic spot.
What kind of food is included?
Expect gourmet foods from local artisan producers, including your traditional picnic foods (such as cheese, meats, fruits and crackers etc.). And naturally, as artisan producers will be unique to the different destinations, the final picnic content varies slightly between them.

How does a Mystery Picnic Work?
Our Mystery Picnic Dates truly are “Date Night” reimagined!
We won’t give away too much - it is a mystery after all! But we will tell you this: it’s a fun, intimate and new way to explore your surroundings!
The itinerary for the day is pre-planned and booked for you, and throughout the day you and your partner will solve clues, puzzles and riddles together to reveal each step of your journey. Each stop will add something to your experience, be it a local delicacy to put in your hamper, or a beautiful spot for a couple’s selfie.

Can you accommodate for dietary requirements?
Absolutely! Just choose from our available dietary options in the ‘additional options’ section and add the preferred dietary requirement to your order. We can cater for as many people as you like, free of charge.
Do I need to pay for food on the day?
All food, wine and tastings will be covered in the cost of your experience, including picnic supplied for your perfect picnic spot.
When will I get my clues?
You’ll get your clues via email a day or two before your picnic, after which you'll have all your clues, games and puzzles ready to go! Please note, you'll need a mobile phone with internet access the day of your experience.
What do I need to bring?
Please note that in order to comply with COVID operating requirements our partners are unable to provide reusable equipment during this time. We ask that you bring your own basket (or cooler bag), as well as a sharp knife to use for bread/cheese.
What will the day look like?
You can decide your specific start time and the pace for the day! We recommend getting started around 11am to give yourself enough time without feeling like you have to rush through the day. Please note some routes may have a slightly different recommendation specific to that route and the vendor opening hours. You'll pick up your basket as part of your Mystery Experience, generally, it's at the first stop, however, all you need to do is follow your clues which will lead the way!

How long does the experience go for?
We’ve designed it to be roughly a 3-4 hour round trip, including enjoying your picnic. But you can definitely take longer than this if you want to go on a few detours to explore the region a bit more!
What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?
As we pre-plan and book you in for your stops along the way, we need 3 days notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your experience.
What is your wet weather policy?
Some of our destinations can cater for an indoor picnic spot, just ask one of our friendly concierges. But if you'd prefer to reschedule your picnic due to rain we'll need 3 days notice, so we encourage you to keep an eye on the forecast in rainier seasons.
