What a pleasant day! The staff was so hospitable and the pool was lovely and quiet. I ordered lunch, they got it wrong and it took almost an hour for them to correct. A salad? Maybe short staffed. No ketchup for fries and I was told by others that they never have ketchup. Other than that, perfect day.

Just what the Doctor ordered

Lovely day at this hotel, and enjoyed being able to order food poolside. Biggest criticism is that the pool is FREEZING, definitely not heated, at least right now. It was fine when the sun shining but when it went behind the building early afternoon it was too cold.

Comfy chairs and great staff!

I had a wonderful relaxing time as usual. This is my happy place and I love coming here. The staff is always professional and courteous. The pool is nice and clean. And it's always a pleasant experience. I look forward to the next visit.

I Love it!

Had a great relaxing time. The massage was exactly what I needed and they were really accommodating when I needed to pump. The pool doesn't have a full bar but still has good options. The bar attendant didn't know about the 10% discount that comes with the resort pass or any general questions we had, but it didn't ruin the experience.

I absolutely enjoyed my daycation. Beautiful hotel and lovely pool. The staff is always professional and courteous. I cant wait to go back. Its always a good experience. 

Lovely Daycation

We enjoyed our time at the Intercontinental in Buckhead. We enjoyed a great spa day and all of the staff were very friendly. The pool area was nice and relaxed. It wasn't too busy. The only negative was that the pool was not heated. The listing said it was but the water was pretty cold. Otherwise a great experience.

Great staff

The hotel lobby is well decorated. The pool is on the second floor, is secluded but has no views and nothing special. Deck chairs had deep cushions which were nice but overall pool was equivocal to a 2-3 star hotel.

I really enjoyed my visit to the InterContinental. Beautiful hotel. Check in was easy and staff was very professional and courteous. The pool and pool area was nice and clean. Ordering lunch was a breeze and was delivered fairly quickly. Overall a wonderful experience and I definitely will be returning. I also love that self parking is included. Great experience.
