W hotel is beautiful and the pool was clean however it was freezing.  Not just cold, freezing.  I wish there was a note on the description to indicate it is not heated because I would not have chosen it had I known.   The staff were helpful and courteous.

Nothing was how it was advertised. The manager Walter even said the pool isnt hear yet thats how it was advertised it was extremely cold outside there was no bar or food upstairs it was a complete waste of money and wasnt able to experience any amenities

Paid 100s of $ to relax by the pool that was advertised as heated. It was not heated. We were handed menus for bar and food services but were offered none. We had 13 people up there and and the hotel stood to make some more money off food and beverage but couldn't be bothered.

The package was absolutely amazing. From comfort to peace and quiet to well quality and cleanliness. The spa massage was nothing short of axing they make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The pool was well heated and perfectly peaceful.

They didn't tell me there was a lounge, so I sat in the bar that was closed for the season and said they would come get me for my appointment (I was 15 minutes early as asked). 4 minutes past time I went back into the spa in case they didn't know to look for me and was then directed to the lounge. Eventually got started 7-8 minutes past the hour for my 30 minute massage which would have been fine if she didn't end at exactly 1:30 even though there were no other clients. The 30 minute massage was 120ish plus 30 forced gratuity so those 8 minutes were technically worth 40 dollars and I feel like I was taken advantage of. I don't normally do things for myself and this just left me feeling badly.
