1. Publico Kitchen and Tap

Publico Kitchen and Tap serves Latin-Asian fusion cuisine, like flavorful tacos and spicy tuna roll burritos, combined with craft beer and craft cocktails. This pet-friendly restaurant in Midtown features a patio where you and your canine friend can dine together, provided your furry friend is both friendly and leashed.

Publico has even partnered with the Atlanta Humane Society to create a delicious puppy menu just for dogs. These special menu items are made with only natural, dog-friendly ingredients, and 100% of the proceeds go to the Howell Mill Humane Society to help find loving homes for abandoned and abused animals.

2. Nina & Rafi

Located off of the Atlanta Beltline Eastside Trail, Nina & Rafi is a great spot to stop while out for a walk with your dog.

You and your pup can take a break on this pet-friendly restaurant’s outdoor patio and enjoy some Detroit-style pizza and a glass of cold beer or wine. From the patio, you can look out over the Beltline and people-watch (and dog-watch) with your furry friend.

3. HOBNOB

HOBNOB is a neighborhood tavern serving up pub classics with a Southern flair. They have pet-friendly patio seating at each of their four locations: Alpharetta – Halcyon, Atlantic Station, Brookhaven, and Dunwoody/Perimeter.

They have a comprehensive bourbon list, an extensive selection of craft beer and hand-crafted cocktails, and one of the best burgers in Atlanta.

4. Perk-N-Pooch

Perk-N-Pooch in Sandy Springs is a combination café and dog grooming service. You can book your pup an appointment for professional grooming, or use the budget do-it-yourself option, and then grab a light snack, coffee, milkshake, or smoothie.

They also offer Pupcups so you can reward your furry friend for being so well behaved during the grooming process.

5. ParkGrounds

ParkGrounds is an excellent stop on your neighborhood dog walk. Take a break for a cup of coffee, a bite to eat, a cold beer, or a quick chat with the neighbors and let the pups have a romp in the park. This Atlanta-original dog park, bar, and breakfast joint in Reynoldstown is a favorite of both dogs and humans.

On the menu at ParkGrounds, you’ll find breakfast sandwiches and breakfast bowls served until 2 p.m., sandwiches served all day, espresso, coffee, lattes, teas, and cocktails.

6. Lazy Dog Restaurant and Bar

Lazy Dog Restaurant and Bar in Peachtree Corners offers a spacious covered patio where you can hang with your furry friend.

Humans can choose from a menu full of sandwiches, burgers, bowls, noodles, fish, meat, chicken, and meatless options. For dogs, there is a small menu of either a grilled hamburger patty bowl or a grilled chicken breast bowl, both with brown rice and veggies. Lazy Dog Restaurant and Bar has an additional location coming to Dunwoody in winter 2021.

7. Noni’s Trattoria

Located along busy Edgewood Avenue, the pet-friendly back patio of Noni’s Trattoria offers a quiet escape for you and the pup.

8. Henry’s Midtown Tavern

Henry’s Midtown Tavern has gastropub fare and Midtown Atlanta’s biggest deck. It’s been a neighborhood gathering place since 2013. Pets are welcome out on the huge deck, and inside the walls are lined with photos of adorable pooches.

Each weekend, you can enjoy brunch with a twist, featuring breakfast tacos, fried chicken biscuits with gravy, mimosa specials, and Bloody Mary specials. Their lunch and dinner menus feature burgers, wings, tacos, steak, salmon, and delicious cocktails.

Located in the restaurant hub of Downtown Decatur, Leon’s Full Service transformed an old gas station into a modern restaurant.
