11 Best Bars in Las Vegas
There’s no doubt about it — Vegas has amazing nightlife! If you’re looking for a fun night out, these are the best bars in Las Vegas.
I love bar-hopping in Vegas because there are so many different options. Whether you want a secluded speakeasy, a classy bar, or a nerdy libation, you’re going to love these fantastic Las Vegas bars.
Fun Bars in Las Vegas
1. The Chandelier Bar
📍 at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
The Chandelier Bar at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is a swanky three-level bar set inside a giant beaded curtain chandelier.
It’s also known for its wild cocktail called The Verbena. The drink is essentially a margarita garnished with a Szechuan flower called a “buzz button”. When you eat the flower, it sends your tastebuds into overdrive, numbing your tongue and making you salivate. It heightens the flavor of the drink and is just an all-around weird experience. I actually highly recommend it!
In addition to the Verbena, I also recommend their Champagne Socialist and the Finishing School cocktails.
3708 Las Vegas Blvd S Levels 1, 1.5 and 2; Boulevard Tower, Las Vegas, NV 89109
2. 1923 Prohibition Bar
📍 at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino
1923 Prohibition Bar is a speakeasy experience at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino located in the Shops at Mandalay. The bar is hidden behind a bookshelf and is like stepping back in time to the 1920s.
Their drinks are perfect speakeasy libations, like a lot of old fashioneds, classic bourbon cocktails, and gin drinks. I recommend the Tommy Gun Basil Spritz and the Gangster’s Paradise.
3930 Las Vegas Blvd S #101, Las Vegas, NV 89119
3. The Chocolate Bar
📍 at New York New York Hotel & Casino
The Chocolate Bar at New York New York Hotel & Casino is located right outside Hershey’s Chocolate World. They specialize in chocolate- and candy-flavored martinis (made with Hershey’s products, of course).
They have different types of chocolate martinis made with Hershey’s chocolate syrup as well as fruity martinis made with Jolly Rancher vodka. I recommend the classic Hershey’s Chocolate Martini and a Reese’s Chocolate Martini.
3790 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
4. Tipsy Robot
📍 at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas Resort & Casino and The Venetian Resort Las Vegas
Tipsy Robot is a robotic bar where a robot bartender mixes your drink. There’s a location at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas Resort & Casino in the Miracle Mile Shops and at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas.
You’ll order from 100 different drinks on a tablet. Then the robot gets to mixing your drink, pulling from the mixers suspended on the ceiling. I recommend the Super Nova or the Pineapple Planet.
Planet Hollywood: 3663 S Las Vegas Blvd Suite 130, Las Vegas, NV 89109

5. Millennium FANDOM BAR
📍 in Downtown Las Vegas
The Millennium FANDOM BAR is a great nerd-themed bar in Downtown with funky decor with nerdy references on every shelf. This is the best place to geek-out in Vegas!
They have a lot of great drink options with nerdy names. I recommend the Mana Potion, The Sorting Hat, the Deadpool Mule, and In Groot We Trust.
900 S Las Vegas Blvd #140, Las Vegas, NV 89101
6. Atomic Liquors
📍 in Downtown Las Vegas
Atomic Liquors in Downtown was Las Vegas’s first free-standing bar, had the first liquor store license in Vegas, and received the first Tavern License. It also opened right as atomic testing began in Vegas, so the owners’ family and friends would watch the tests from the roof of their building, hence the bar’s name.
They have the original building that’s a smokey dive bar, and outback is a trendy open-air patio serving atomic-themed drinks. I recommend the Strawberry Fields, the Atomic Horizon, and the Nevada Test Shot.
917 E Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV 89101
7. Grape Street Wine Bar
📍 in Downtown Summerlin
Grape Street Wine Bar in Downtown Summerlin is a cute European-inspired cafe with Italian and Mediterranean foods and a huge wine list.
They have an outdoor patio that’s perfect for a summer day, plus open-air indoor seating so you can still enjoy the weather without fully being in the heat. I recommend getting a glass of your favorite wine, or trying something new!
2120 Festival Plaza Dr #160, Las Vegas, NV 89135
8. The Underground Speakeasy and Distillery
📍 in Downtown Las Vegas
The Underground Speakeasy and Distillery is in the basement of the Mob Museum (one of Vegas’s best things to do) in Downtown. If you’ve already gotten a ticket to the Mob Museum, you can head downstairs after your tour. If you’re just visiting the speakeasy, you’ll enter through an unmarked door around the side of the building, and you’ll need the password from their website.
They have a menu of craft Prohibition-inspired cocktails made with their own moonshine from their distillery. I recommend the Moonshine Mayhem and the Italian Creme Soda.
300 Stewart Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89101
9. Public School 702
📍 in Downtown Summerlin
Public School 702 in Downtown Summerlin is a gastropub with a schoolhouse theme. They serve craft beer and cocktails, and they have “Recess”, their Happy Hour, on the weekdays.
I recommend the “Most Popular” AKA Crushed Velvet to drink.
1850 Festival Plaza Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89135
10. Flights Restaurant & Bar
📍 at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas Resort & Casino
Flights Restaurant & Bar at the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood serves food and drinks in flights of three. They have a rotating Happy Hour so you can get deals on your favorite flights.
I recommend the Mojito Flight and the Frozen Margarita Flight.
3663 S Las Vegas Blvd #350, Las Vegas, NV 89109
11. Diablo’s Cantina
📍 at The Luxor Hotel & Casino
Diablo’s Cantina is a Mexican restaurant with a location at the Luxor Hotel & Casino.
I’m always down for a good mojito, so I recommend the Mojito here.
