3. United Way of Greater Atlanta

United Way of Greater Atlanta works to improve the lives of children, families, and communities across Greater Atlanta’s 13 counties. Everybody Wins! Atlanta works to improve literacy for children and develop a love a reading in students. El Refugio is a hospitality house near Stewart Detention Center that offers free lodging, meals, and support to families visiting immigrant detainees.
